The staff were amazing, really wonderful and helpful. The jacuzzi and pool were lovely, great location, and the room was comfortable and well appointed. I don't recommend the buffet dinner (on Thursdays, at least - maybe it is better on the weekends but it wasn't good value for money during the week).

Staff at check in were unhelpful and incredibly slow. The property itself is fine but basic. Pool area was ok. Spa is cold water and sauna only up to 70 so neither useful. Gym is basic but good. Shower tan too hold or too cold if we showered at night. Breakfast is good and staff lovely. Dinner was slow - got there right on 6pm and pizza took over 40 minutes (no one else was even there when we ordered for the kids). Huge roadworks right outside the room so couldnt have the door open to the balcony. Would not stay here again personally, not worth the money or energy.

Upon check in, front desk required physical IC and do not accept digital IC. They got my reservation messed up and forced me to upgrade to their signature room with topup fee. The room does not have much amenities. Very bad experience, will not come back to this hotel again and strongly do not recommend

Enjoyed our stay, basic room with all your needs, good size room with a balcony. Useful amenities within the hotel. Bus stops and MRT station close by, taxis a phone call away. Staff very helpful. Buffet breakfast great start to your day. Hotel away from the hustle and bustle. Good quiet accommodation.
