Absolutely amazing! Best Omni yet! Lenny the doorman is so friendly and a lot of fun! The staff is beyond helpful and goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful! The restaurant is so good and has options for gluten free, which was nice since two of us girls were celiac! They made sure all 7 of us girls had rooms together. Girls trip was amazing and a big part of that was because the Omni was so amazing. I will be back!

Stayed with kids

The hotel was so well located . I stayed here with my two teenage children . The staff were simply amazing . And a particular thank you and appreciation to Wendy on reception; A real asset to the Hotel . She was magnificent. And my daughter really appreciated her providing cookies one evening! All the staff were so welcoming and sincere from the concierge to the guy on the door . Would not hesitate in booking again.

We had a magical stay at the Omni Berkshire NYC. Every staff member was so kind and went out of their way to ensure our kids at the best time ever! The kids got ice cream on the 4th and cookies in the evening delivered with chocolate chip cookies. The housekeeping staff was so kind and thoughtful and kept us well stocked. Last but certainly not least, the doormen at the Omni are like no others! They were hailing cabs in the rain in two directions to help us get to Hamilton on time. Lenny, one of the amazing doormen celebrated my son’s first Yankees game and was genuinely excited when he showed him the ball he caught. Lenny also happened to be one of the doormen the day we went to see Hamilton. While we waited he cranked up Hamilton and sang it with both of my kids (who were in costume). They felt seen and valued at the Omni! It was a magical stay! We will be back!

Had booked a suite, told room would not be ready until 3pm, not a problem. Upon return at 3 told room was being checked by manager and to have a seat in lobby and would be notified as soon as available. Waited half hour upon returning to desk told room now ready. Questioned how long I would have waited before let me know. Told hotel manager would call me, of course he never did
