This hotel was probably quite the jam back in the '90's. But the '90's aren't really relevant anymore. If you're trying to skim on hotel costs, keeping a tight budget, etc- this place will work. It's very mediocre. Warning! The hotel will need 3000 baht, in cash, for the deposit. It doesn't matter if you have a bling credit card. They want that cash. If you only have a card, you will not be refunded the deposit for 3 weeks. Word to the wise.

We had issues with the first room. The kids bunk bed mattress was thin and uncomfortable. Our toilet clogged up after 4 days. Most plug points did not work. We was given a new room after the toilet issue. The new room hair dryer did not work. Housekeeping cleaned the room but did not restockthe coffee and sugar. I asked for more and never got it. My daughter ordered food from room service and it took 1.5hrs to come after 3 phone calls. On the upside. Most staff are kind ans friendly. The hotel is very clean for its age. Well kept. The breakfast was always fresh and tasty with a variety of options and excellent staff.
