Pool is great, staff are very helpful. Location is excellent with cheap massages close and short walk to beach, nightlife and shopping. They offer free late check out to 1pm sometimes. This was my second holiday staying at elite suites and a high chance I’ll be back again. Breakfast is okay with lots of options.

The first room they gave us the ac stopped working they said they fixed it but after 5 minutes it stopped working again they put us in another room ac worked fine but the flooring was warped looked liked water damage no hot water in the shower and only give you one key so the ac and lights turn off when you take your key so you come back to a very hot room after being in the heat outside the staff was friendly and the room wasn’t bad just not as good as other places I’ve stayed at in patong the breakfast was not good and cost 250 each not worth it I would eat somewhere else over all it was a ok hotel just don’t expect to be blown away but the staff was the best part of it they were very great
