Hello, Our check-in time was 3:00 PM, but I was not able to enter our room until 3:40 PM. We had to wait 40 minutes past the official check-in time, which was inconvenient after our travels. I would appreciate it if you could consider some form of compensation, such as a late check-out or another gesture of goodwill. Thanks for your understanding!

The room was very clean, and I appreciated the small details that were carefully thought out, especially the Japanese-style touches. They ask guests to fill out a form before seeing the receptionist, which felt a bit odd since I had already made a reservation. It would be better if they could simply ask guests for the information instead.
