I appreciate the room was clean, and came with an AC unit that was amazing. I was impressed with the noise being quiet despite facing the street. I had requested to have a room on the same floor as my friends. We were told that request wasn't available and we couldn't access the floor other than the lobby and the dining room.

Solo stay

Location was good as close to public transport, convenience stores, retail shops & food options. Only downside was foyer was taken up by luggage every day so it was detracting when you were leaving & returning each day I was there. Staff were present but limited engagement. I didn’t try the breakfast so unable to comment on this aspect. I couldn’t work out the heating & cooling in the room and just turned it off.

I was shocked to find that the house keeper had scraped my night cream off my tub on my first day of stay. After feedback to the front desk and showing them the evidence. There was no mention of the matter when I checked out on the 3rd day. I am very disappointed with Marriott Hotel.

The gym is very small, dirty and has no supplies like towels or wipes for the equipment. My room was very small, and there is no privacy if 2 people stay. The room was very noisy from the trains.
