Solo stay

What a wonderful place. The staff went overboard to help me out when i stupidly lost my phone. Zoey, Parker and the nightwatchmen were incredible. The tub on the balcony was wonderful to come home to after a hot day in Da Nang.

Our room is great with river view, and the pool is huge and beautiful. Only problem is that the water system doesn’t work well during our stay. Second night had no water because it was an issue with water system in the building. After they said they fixed it, my room only had hot water but no cold water, so the water was burning hot when I took shower. Plus, the toilet didn’t flush since there was no cold water. Overall, it could be prefect if the water worked normally.

Excellent location. All staff are polite , friendly and helpful. The room big and clean. But the Towels, bed sheets, and blankets can be kept cleaner and better. The faucet is broken, the water is very weak. The shower door is broken and cannot be closed.

What a great place. Staff are amazing people. Don and tien are great security/porters. Super nice! The girls at the desk are the most helpful people ive ever had traveling. Sorry ladies i forgot your names. Treated like gold everyday. Only place i will stay at in da nang.

Great couple of nights stay. Central for almost all attractions. Good range of food and drink in the bar. Pool area small but perfectly formed. Room was very well appointed with modern shower room and kitchenette kitted out with basic crockery and utensils. Great views of city also
