The hotel room was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was well-stocked with tea and coffee, and the bathroom was impressively spacious. The bed was sturdy, firm, and comfortably sized, ensuring a good night's rest. One improvement I would suggest is having a longer sofa that could double as a sofa bed for families travelling with teenage children. Additionally, the window was quite dusty and had some stains, which detracted slightly from the overall experience. That said, the view from the room was lovely and made up for it. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and excellent service.

Best hotel to stay when in JB. Spacious and clean room with a wide spread of buffet breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed at the family suite, the kids room is so lovely, my kid enjoyed it. The toilet was amazing too. Great stay. Breakfast spread was good too. The free flow alcohol and food spread at club lounge was great too.

The breakfast spread is good but needs to improve the authentic taste.

The breakfast was not included in our package. We paid extra to have the breakfast. But it was a surprisingly good meal. Not much variety but food are tasty.. and they actually have fresh fruit juice. Not bad

The gym was very nice and the equipment is great.

Room was spacious, clean. Baby cot was in bad shape. Disappointed for Sheraton Brand and a new property. Worst is parking because it shares same parking with the shopping complex. Saturday on arrival we were caught in massive traffic at the parking entrance. We chose this hotel because of location, but this will be out last time to stay here. Will go back to our fav hotel Double Tree Hilton.

We really enjoyed our stayed here at Sheraton JB. All the staffs services were excellent. We had a twin bedrooms and King bedroom adjourned together. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We also had the buffet breakfast for both days. Just a little suggestion on the Nasi lemak rice can have some improvement.

I have stayed in numerous hotels in several countries, when I booked for a room of 3, none of them charged me for the roll away bed that I have requested. Though you have waived it when I protested but you have spoiled my Staycation.
