11/10 experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay, always greeting us with a smile and offering assistance whenever needed. We can't wait to return and will happily recommend it to family and friends. We did return on 11 July) Thank you for making our trip so special!

Hotel is convenient and walkable to JB central and city square. However, construction nearby that makes the walk a little messy but still manageable. Room is clean, but toilet was not well ventilated and had a mouldy smell. Ok for a night’s stay.
