Great location, clean room, had all the amenities we needed. Only two things were that the pillows were too tall, and the exit sign in our room was very bright

The location was great and it was surprisingly quiet considering the busyness of the area. There are tons of restaurants and lots of shopping and the proximity to the metro stations make it a great place to stay. The hotel uses self check in and it was decently clean and well maintained. There is one hotel clerk available but you mostly don’t need anyone. Transportation to/from the airport is super easy with the stop within a few blocks away.

Such a great Hotel for those doing a lot of exploring. The location is absolutely ideal, right by the subway and the centre of all the action. Hotel was quiet inside even though busy and lots going on outside. The room is basic but very comfortable and has a fridge and hot/cold water device. There is then shared amenities such as a coffee machine which was excellent. Special mention to Jun who gave me his own personal milk as I didnt realise there was none and had to buy some. Such a good hotel. Really cannot fault it at all. Would 100% recommend to anyone exploring Seoul. Spent five days here.

The hotel was spacious and the staff was very friendly. However, there were tiny bugs in my room. This is a reasonable hotel for the location.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Didn't really have much interaction with the staff. No traditional front desk but a kiosk, which a staff member assisted without being asked to and was completed in approx a minute. The rooms are clean with just enough size and amenities. Really liked the fact coffee was only a few steps away from my door and hot water dispenser in the room for tea. Five stars all around for the value. Better than 4 star we were at the nights prior. Best thing was its right in the middle of the shopping area with no noise heard at night.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and was in the perfect location in the Myeoungdong district, close to the metro, shopping, restaurants and the outdoor market. The espresso maker on each floor in the kitchen area was a plus. We also loved the filtered water dispenser right in the room.

This hotel was in the center of the all the shopping, street food vendors and subways, all within a few minutes to subway, and the shopping and street food vendors, restaurants were right outside the hotel entrance, so convenient! However, it was noisy and a constant flow of people crowding the streets from late morning to night. It's easy to get confused or lost as all the streets look the same with the shops and restaurants lined along the way. You would need a map or gps to navigate around. If you like the busyness of eating and shopping this is the place to stay. The hotel itself is hard to navigate to by car, taxis and ride shares cannot pick or drop you off because all these shopping streets are only for pedestrians. You will need to walk to the subway station or to a street that is open to traffic to get picked up or dropped off, so if you have a lot of luggage it's difficult to navigate through the sea of people. The hotel is a 3 star based on amenities but it looked more like a hostel. Rooms small but very functional and comfortable. Lobby area, not much too it other than a small office for the hotel attendant who were very helpful and polite. The most part it was clean but the carpet in the hallway and room were slightly stained. Our bathroom had hair all over the tile. We wanted to change rooms but there were none available. So based on what I experienced, I would give this hotel a 2.5 star rating. I would not want to stay here again.
