我和我先生以前在南山香格里拉酒店住過兩三次，覺得無論是住房、餐飲或服務，體驗都非常好。所以今次我先生過生日，我們選擇全家六大三小租了四間房間，住了三晚，退房當天是星期天，我們在中歺廳夏宮訂了包間，離開前在哪裏吃中飯為我先生預祝生日，當天的菜式很精緻，味道也非常不錯。但是，當天其中一名女服務員的服務態度，可以用差來形容，整頓飯那服務員都是板起面孔，完全沒有笑容，對我要求後加一道炒麵的簡單要求，也是顯得很不配合，終於在我再三堅持下才幫忙下單。老實說，如果當天我們不是慶祝我先生的生日我不想破壞氣氛，我會即場投訴她去管理層的。那服務員當天的服務態度實在夠不上香格里拉酒店的水平，尤其她是知道我們是在那裏慶祝生日的。我想說的是，當天的體驗就因為她而完全被破壞了，實在讓人失望！

Nice views and rooms but the rest are way behind. Not very tasty breakfast, staff struggle to speak almost any English (lots of issues because of this) and quite slow service, especially in the restaurants and with room service.
