The room is good, spacious and clean. Services are great. Breakfast is free and good. Receptionist area should be air conditioned at least until 10pm

Stayed with family

Electricity went out on the morning of our last day, we had to take the stairs down 6 flights of stairs, we had no AC or lights in the bathrooms, the restaurant tables smelled like piss for some reason, there was food on the ground swarmed with ants, the farm right next to the hotel had a rooster that called every 5 minutes since the crack of dawn

Solo stay

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, however I feel others should be aware before they book. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. However the cleanliness of the rooms were poor. I had a huge cockroach in the room and a lizard in the shower. There were also ants and spiders. I couldn’t sleep knowing there was a roach in the room. Worst night sleep.

Stayed with partner

The room was nice, clean and roomy and though location is on inner narrow street. I did not sleep the first night hearing the roosters crowing noise from 3am but 2nd night was OK as maybe the chickens woke up late, lols. The staff were pretty good and helpful.

Lovely hotel with caring staff. We had the family room and it was perfect with two bathrooms and a connecting door as well as great outlook over the perfume river. Very clean an nicely decorated.
