The hotel location was fine. Nearby a lot of shops and restaurants. We checked in Friday night March 20. Problems: Bed sheets were dirty or stained Towles were dirty or stained Sink water came out brown Sink water pressure also was really weak We immediately informed staff and asked if they could switch us to another room. We were told we'd have to wait till the next day to request a room switch. We spent the night living in the dirty unliveable conditions of room 304. We checked out of the hotel the next day to find a better hotel for nearly the same price at Chill Suites Kuala Lumpur. We wish we could get refunded. The pictures online look better than in person.

Good, very basic hotel in Bukit Bintang, with friendly staff, great for food and bars. Entrance is up a flight of steps, so be careful if you have mobility issues. The smallest double room I have been in.... up to now, with limited space, struggled getting 2 people and 3 suitcases in. Shower, toilet, sink in one small space.

Solo stay · For leisure

Location good but room very small with a shower integrated into the toilet area. The room had a badly broken window which I reported but nothing was done. No wouldn’t stay here again

This is a very small room. I can't imagine having two people in it at the same time, and it's really just a bed. The walls and door are paper thin, and it's very very basic, and for that, not that cheap. On the other hand, it's in the heart of Bukit Bintang, and there's no reason to stay in your room, anyway. Staff were pleasant, area feels safe, lots of restaurants, and not so common, there are a few decent bars a block away. But there are better deals to be had.
