Convenient location, spacious rooms with great views. Decent gym. Good enough laundry amenities and in room amenities. Rooms floor is abit run down, could use a refresh but not a deal breaker

Everything was good from check in till out. Just do not get confused between the 2 properties in Futian as their names are almost the same. Gym can be better with more equipments thou. Everyrhing else is excellent

Solo stay

I was assigned to level 40. I was well taken care by the housekeeper. They did my housekeeping on a daily basis. Front lobby is helpful but may have difficulties understand basic English.
