Incredible consistent friendly service from all staff members. Great location. Fantastic amenities with included authentic top floor Japanese bathing experience. Breakfast offered a variety of western choices along with multiple Japanese options. Beautiful hotel with a modern style. We loved our stay at this property.

Stayed with family

Big and clean rooms but the breakfast buffet and restaurant left a lot to be desired. The western part of the breakfast buffet was almost always empty and didn't have a lot of choices. We also tried the shabu shabu in the evening and I felt sick the following night (the only time in my 3 weeks trip).
