Excellent Japan experience. The room had a slight sewer odor that was likely coming from the washing machine drain. Good size for a family of 4.

Quiet, clean, and family friendly. Good location, nearby subway station with plenty of dining and shopping options. Nearby parks provide plenty of opportunities for leisure walk. Highly recommended.

Stayed with family

In-room washer/dryer was the best, but does take a while. Super clean room and great amenities. Only downfall was thin walls/floors, so can hear footsteps all around. However, will definitely book this hotel brand again!

Fantastic
Perfect location to explore all of Tokyo. Quiet location. Room was perfect. Good size for Japan. It was clean, modern & everything you could need to while on holiday. Reception was always manned and super helpful. Highly recommend!

Stayed with kids

The room was tight but the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great. It was a really easy walk from a vibrant dining/shopping area while being quiet around the hotel itself. We would stay here again!

The room was not that clean when we arrived. We had to request the air cleaner filter be changed as it was filthy and covered with dust. Additionally the shower had black mold spots on the wall, which we cleaned ourself with disinfectant wipes. On the cleaning day, the beds were made - sheets not changed (not a big deal). Despite the cleanliness, the staff that we interacted were very friendly and helpful. The location was located close enough to the market / trains.

Fantastic
The room is clean and the staffs will go above and beyond to help. In my own opinion. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is in a quiet and not so busy area, however, all the subway lines are in walkable distance. I will definitely stay there if I visit Tokyo again.
