Stayed with kids

It stank heavily of smoke from the previous guest. Raised the issue twice with the staff - someone turned up with some air freshener but it was locked into the walls and curtains. They can't police non-smoking and didn't take our complaint seriously. I would avoid this hotel at all costs

Convinent location, spacious apartment, good facilities, the washing /drying machine was a plus, shane no drying racks otherwise would make it perfect. Liked the afternoon lounge area with light snacks with tea and coffee on offer. Breakfast was also very good.

Location was convenient but very touristy. Hairdryer was broken so we needed to request a new one shortly after check-in. Would be nice if they had a smart TV with YouTube and Netflix apps like many other hotels now.
