Things to do in Gangwon

overall a fun experience for th whole family. the cycling part was pretty effortless as there were only maybe 2 gentle inclines. good to do once but doubt I’ll do again as it’s more for tourists and not for locals to exercise. 😂

beautiful place. my only regret was not to allocate more time for this beautiful island. words of advise, do check with your tour guide how much time you can spend in Nami Island before hand. allocate minimally 3-4 hours especially when travelling with children.

Had an amazing day visiting Nami Island, Alpaca World, and the Rail Bike with Jordan as our guide! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip fun and stress-free. it was a good time my 7 year old daughter had so much fun I am glad we went to lunar holidays it’s less people not crowded rides has small lines the only thing is lots of restaurants closed but it’s okay there’s a cafe for snacks atleast have some food while strolling around the area.

great tour to learn about DMZ and Korea history. Thomas is very passionate about the tour, explain the stories well and great in keeping everyone interested. This place is huge! We managed to make it in time for the 10.10am Alpacas coming down the hill which was exciting! unfortunately the fancy cafes serving the 🦙 shaped fried rice are only open on weekends and public holidays. however it is still a good experience exploring the various parts of the park and collecting the stamps 😅 There are also other animals such as 🐇, 🐐, capybara, 🦚 and many more!
