The other reviews did not lie. Mrs M was an awesome guide who helped everyone take photos and explained a lot of interesting details while we were walking to the waterfall. The waterfall is very slippery and muddy so ideally bring slip proof sandals or swim shoes.

We highly recommend the elephant experience camp! The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, from the introduction to making the herbal balls. Feeding the elephants was a lot of fun, and during the photo session, an elephant might unexpectedly give you a kiss. Walking through the forest and playing in the water were also wonderful experiences.

The on-site guide was very enthusiastic and approachable. Being able to experience the tour in a familiar language was very accommodating for both seniors and children. The weather was very pleasant today as the sun wasn't too strong. If you need to change clothes, there are simple, lockable lockers and shower rooms available. The park environment is very close to nature, so you'll need to bring your own insect repellent. The direct hotel pickup and drop-off service was very convenient, and changing the pickup address beforehand was also handled quickly. You can simply call the contact number provided in the app to reach Kerchor Elephant Park staff for assistance.
