Santa Maria de Montserrat Abbey tours

It was an excellent tour to Montserrat and hike in the beautiful national park. The tour guide introduced us not just the history of Montserrat, but also the geographic info, wild animals and plants of the park. This tour is highly recommended!

Great tour and very convenient, especially for solo travelers or groups. It saves you the hassle of planning transportation and the price is worth it. Montserrat was beautiful and the views were amazing. Just a small note: the tour includes wine tasting, but during our visit we only passed by and didn’t get to experience the tasting. Overall, still a wonderful and memorable trip.

It is a great experience for first time visitors of Spain like me and my friend. Fee is fair and worth the price. Our guide, Gaspar, is an excellent and knowledgeable guide. He went above and beyond with the itinerary with his cool music playlist which he curated. He also managed the time well so that we have ample time to explore the places. I cannot complain with delays, because he is so punctual. I loved the small group size as you get to know other travelers, and their experiences, thus, creating a beautiful atmosphere or vibe during the travel times.

Beautiful visit to Montserrat, and seeing the Black Madonna was the highlight. very touching experience as a Christian. Just wish the tour had been longer, and there wasn’t enough time for the funicular. it also rained all day. tour guide left us to sightsee on our own which was fine too. nice that this tour doesn’t include wine tasting - we think it’s unnecessary.

First time getting a guided tour and I’m so glad it was with Julie! She explained a lot of history and pointed out a lot of details that would’ve been missed had she not mentioned them. I highly recommend this tour with Julie. The headphones and walkie talkie are provided so you could walk around while she’s talking. Don’t forget to visit the gift shops prior to leaving because you will not be let back in. We spent 2 hours at sagrada familia and it was so breath taking.

This one-day tour is our first time in Europe. It feels very good, and the tour guide is very friendly, except that we have to wait for about two hours to visit the Sagrada Familia for no reason.

It was a wonderful half day trip. The tour operator was communicative, and the guide/driver Gaspar, reached out in advance to coordinate the pick up time. Tour group was a small cosy size, travelling quite comfortably in a MPV. Gaspar was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared fascinating insights about Spain’s history and Montserrat throughout the journey. He took us on a scenic route to showcase the different sides of Montserrat and explained its unique geological formations. Gaspar also guided us through the Basilica, home to the Black Madonna. Frm there, we had some free and easy time to explore the area. Overall, tour was well paced and organised, and Gaspar always provided clear instructions and was always punctual. It was a memorable and enjoyable trip.
