This is a very nice accommodation in Niseko. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay in Always Niseko. It has a free shuttle to/from the hotel and Grand Hirafu. The hotel also looks simple outside but the rooms has a nice amenities.

Must try their breakfast! It was one of the most memorable part of my stay. They serve fresh, premium ingredients & the menu changes daily. Each guest also gets a fresh cup of coffee made by a barista. The room was very clean & spacious. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided were good quality. The bathtub was huge & the bed was very comfortable. The whole place felt warm & cozy even during the cold winter. Having a washing machine & dryer in the room was also a big plus. The public onsen was small but functional, with one indoor & one outdoor bath. Great place to relax after a tiring day of skiing. The ski rental staff were very friendly, & the ski lockers made everything convenient. Free shuttle buses run frequently to the ski resort. The view of Mt Yotei right outside the resort is a huge bonus & a great photo opportunity. Lawson is right opposite, & many restaurants, cafés, shops, & even a supermarket are within walking distance. Highly recommended if budget allows!

great stay at setsu. room spacious and comfy. great staff at the resort.

Not ski in ski out, but the provided bus transfers to ski area and town twice an hour. 1st floor got dryer room, all staff are English speaking foreigners, only a bit down is no room service for 2 nights stay, floor will be a bit dirty during steps back to room.

Great location, a very new hotel with lots of facilities. User friendly room with lots of places for storage. Free parking (First come first served)

The hotel is located in the prime area of Hirafu and features a ski equipment drying area. The simple and delicious breakfast in the morning and the large public bath are especially comfortable.

great location for shuttle pick up and drop off, walking distance to convenient shops and restaurants, coin laundry and common area at each floor, many choices for breakfast buffet, food is good, overall value for money
