This was our second time staying at Pod Times Square, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is expected in New York City, but they were clean, comfortable, and perfectly manageable. The location is excellent—there are convenience stores, plenty of restaurants, and subway stations all within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. It’s a great base for a New York trip, and we’d definitely stay here again.

My stay at the Holiday Inn in Chelsea, New York was fantastic! The location couldn’t be better — it’s right in the heart of Manhattan, close to the subway, shops, and great local restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given the central location. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and city view from my window. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful — they greeted me with a smile every time and were quick to assist with directions and local tips. Breakfast was fresh and hearty, with a good variety of options to start the day. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home in NYC. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Manhattan, especially those who want a convenient base with warm service and reliable comfort.

Very convenient to the station and surrounding attractions. Tight security and helpful front desk service. Rooms were slightly aged.
