⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommended! We had an amazing experience with Serenity Grand Cruise in Lan Ha Bay! A special shoutout to our tour guide, Tuna, who was always attentive, friendly, and informative throughout the entire trip. We truly appreciated how well he looked after everyone and made the tour even more enjoyable. The cruise itself was top-notch. Lan Ha Bay was absolutely stunning, and we loved that there were fewer tourists and a more peaceful atmosphere. The two swimming pools were a bonus, and the buffet was incredibly delicious, with so much variety to choose from. We also enjoyed the sunset party with canapés, which was such a lovely touch. There was so much included in the tour: bike riding or a fish spa in the village, kayaking, swimming, and plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful views. Everything was well organised and genuinely worth the travel and money. Overall, we had an amazing experience. If you’re visiting Lan Ha Bay, we highly recommend Serenity Grand Cruise!

today was a great day in the lan ha bay when i chose the serenity cruise tour from my pickup spot in hanoi they made sure to take care of the rest, and the tourguide Ha-ha was thoroughly entertaining.

The cruise was very relaxing, the food was very very good. It was flavourful and the portion sizes were perfect. The crew was top notch (shoutout to Lam and Duy) on Skyway and our tour guide Thai was awesome! The itenerary was packed but it never felt rushed. The staff organised with my friends to have a birthday cake for me after dinner (which we had our spring rolls that we made ourselves cooked by the chef)! If another chance arises, we will definitely be booking with Skyway Cruise again! value for money: 5/5 itinerary: 5/5 service: 5/5

Celina cruise was an absolutely amazing experience. between the stunning and spotless rooms and the exceptional food and service, we can see why this cruise is one of the top in Ha Long Bay. Although a little on the expensive side, the amazingly comfy bed and stunning views make up for it. The pool was perfect temperature with a beautiful view and the activities on day 1 were great. Although day 2 morning activities were cancelled due to a thunderstorm, the cruise was still a perfect experience thanks to the unbeatable hospitality with amazing staff. Special mention to Felix, Phuong Anh, and Ronald for their exceptional service and always going above and beyond for us. Hopefully we will be back soon!!

My wife, our 4-year-old daughter, and I came from Japan. The result was an unforgettable experience. We departed from Hanoi. On April 29th, 2026, the highway was heavily congested, taking 4 hours instead of the usual 2.5 hours. However, the driver remained calm and safely delivered us. The rest of the schedule went very smoothly. We were worried because we hardly speak any English. After boarding, the kind staff provided excellent support. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful experience with both meals and activities. I think the difference between the Ambassador and many other ships lies in its elegance and stylish design. The staff wear black uniforms, creating a chic atmosphere. The rooms also had a calming interior, allowing us to relax. And, I prefer the Long Ha Bay route to Ha Long Bay because it's quieter. Finally, I would like to thank all the staff, especially Huong Butler, for their kindness. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
