The itinerary was tightly packed, and the time spent at each attraction was very reasonable. The tour guide provided excellent explanations with very clear Mandarin. However, we only found out after joining the tour that there were many optional paid activities, even though those activities turned out to be the best part of the trip. Additionally, the restaurant arranged for us was quite expensive yet not very good.

Fantastic day tour and one of the highlights of our Jeju trip. The itinerary was well planned and covered many attractions without feeling rushed. Hotel pickup was punctual, transportation was comfortable, and the guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke clear English. We especially enjoyed Seongsan Ilchulbong, the coastal scenery, dolphin watching, and the live shooting experience. The included attraction tickets made the tour great value for money. Highly recommended for first-time visitors who want to see the best of Jeju in a day.

Highly recommended for solo travelers who are unable to rent a car. Since taking the bus felt a bit too far for the first few days, I decided to book a last-minute two-day tour. I chose the Chinese-speaking tour and found it to be exceptional. On the first day, the southern tour guide was Yunah. She spoke fluent Chinese, was extremely friendly, always reminded us of important details, and provided fantastic guided commentary. The scenery was wonderful, though climbing the mountain was a bit tiring! On the second day, the eastern tour guide was Sunny. Because there weren't many Chinese-speaking participants, our group was merged with the English tour. Although English isn't my strong suit, Sunny was very kind in explaining everything, and her guided tour was truly dedicated. Overall, I highly recommend this to anyone who cannot rent a car or doesn't have the time to plan an itinerary!

This small group tour was an absolute standout. It was the only tour that truly felt complete for us. Without a car, we couldn't have seen everything on Jeju on our own, but this itinerary covered all the major sights in one seamless day. The pace was perfect: roughly 30-minute drives followed by generous breaks at each attraction, giving us ample time to take photos and soak in the experience without rushing.
Jason was incredibly kind, punctual, and considerate. He arrived exactly on time for our hotel pickup and returned us directly to a location of our choosing at the end of the day, so we never had to hunt for meeting points. What set this apart was his flexibility; he happily added extra stops at a folk village and a white sandy beach that weren't even in the original plan, simply to enhance our experience. Compared to other tours offering half this coverage, this was exceptional value. It was a flawless, full-circle journey around the island that perfectly completed our stay.

This was one of the best tours I have joined so far in Korea! June was simply the best. She carefully planned the timing on each spot so that we had sufficient time on each one. She also took us to a nice place for lunch, food was absolutely yummy. She took a lot of photos and videos of us, I felt that she was part of our group. As Armys, we had such a great time at the Snoopy Garden and Cafe Young Forever. The owner shared stories about the day BTS did the YF album photoshoot. I highly recommend this tour for Armys going to Jeju. You won't regret it! Thank you, June, I had an amazing time! ☺️💜

If you're a friend coming to Jeju Island, I would highly recommend my tour guide Jin from Klook. (As everyone knows, whether it's the east line or west line, buses run infrequently and the wait times are long 🥲)
Jin mainly leads foreign tour groups and occasionally has Chinese guests. His English is fluent with absolutely no Korean accent (to the point where we could chat happily and enthusiastically), and he can also speak simple Chinese. The local restaurants he recommends (such as pan-fried grouper) are all delicious with no misses, and the average cost per person is around 70 RMB — even a set meal is very affordable. Jin's business card has his WeChat, and he also has WhatsApp and IG, so it's very convenient to reach him. I guess I really do have a knack for finding good tour guides :). Since Klook/Trip take a 25% cut, booking directly with Jin is more cost-effective. I genuinely recommend him (0% AI, 100% authentic — no sponsorship, just my honest opinion).

A quaint little shop with variety of subtle scents unique to Jeju! We enjoyed the time spent mixing the scents to get our desired outcome and decorating our bottles afterward!

If you're looking for a fun evening on Jeju, book this! Cho is an amazing host with great energy and humor, and the evening flew by. Tasting different kinds of makgeolli and soju was fascinating, and we came away with a much better feel for Korean drinking traditions. We even got to take home a little starter set to brew our own makgeolli, which is a lovely souvenir.
What really stood out happened afterwards. Pure coincidence: we ran into Cho at a BBQ place the following evening. Without hesitation he sat with us, sorted out the ordering and made sure we got some great side dishes. Such a thoughtful gesture, and it made our stay even more memorable.
