Visited Showu Footbath and it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience after a long day of exploring the city. The place is clean, well-maintained, and has a calm atmosphere that helps you unwind immediately. The staff were professional and made the whole process smooth and comfortable, even with language barriers. The footbath itself was soothing, and the massage that followed really helped relieve tiredness from all the walking. The pressure and technique were good, and you can tell they know what they’re doing. Overall, a great spot to relax and recharge in Chongqing. This was my first time here, and I was a bit worried the massage wouldn't be great. However, therapist #812 was incredibly attentive and polite. During the massage, she repeatedly asked if the pressure was comfortable, showing great consideration for the customer's feelings! 👍

We needed a place to stay during a 15 hour layover between international flights. as we were very tired, Space appeared to tick most boxes. we left the airport at about 7am with the taxi taking just over an hour and costing 200 yen. we caught a return taxi at 4pm which took about 45 minutes. It was a good way to quickly experience the city. Our party consisted of three mums and three 13 year old boys. Space was probably a bit too mature for the boys, though they did appreciate the luxury feel and sleeping areas. Our pass was valid for entry plus fruit, beverages, and ice cream. We did find the inability to use our Australian credit cards very limiting and could not set up AliPay or DiDi despite several attempts. do you need to withdraw cash at the airport. There was also ALOT of confusion using this voucher at Space and they added a breakfast charge despite us not getting this.

This is the ultimate point that a spa can reach. They built a paradise for relaxation and indulgence. Staff is very attentive, facilities are clean, and the massage is very good. And the dining… It will not just feed you, but also your soul. Free flow caviar is a highlight. Fruit station has all the perfect fruits. Yes, it is expensive but worth every dollar.
