The last time I trained Muay Thai was almost 10 years ago. The trainers were able to catch me up, although I have to train more to get the groove again. Overall experience was great. The trainers can speak a little bit of English and they were very accommodating. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.

A super class, run by absolute professionals. The guys couldn’t have been more courteous and blended the class to the mixed experience of the students. They were even able to teach this old dog a few new tricks! Really great workout, nice facilities and good quality kit/gloves/pads, (need to buy hand wraps from reception on arrival - 350 Baht). Clean changing facilities with lockers & toiletries free to use, just bring a towel. Superb value. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience of Muay Thai. I would recommend this gym and the instructors to anyone wanting to try Muay Thai boxing.

A very enjoyable culinary journey.A very, very worthwhile trip to Thailand, you can cook authentic food by yourself in 3 hours, and you can leave a photo of the photo. And our teachers are awesome, always encouraging and interacting with us very well.We recommend that all friends come to play.

Place was super accessible as it was beside my hotel, beside BTS and easily identifiable. 4 hands massage was super relaxing, ambience was good, massage therapists were good, process wqs slightly different from Bali (as therapists here were focussing on top/middle and legs but Bali's were spliy between left and right) but this was still all good. Before and after snacks were good. Overall experience was good!
