This is one of the highlights of our Bicol Trip!!! We had so much fun, everything is very smooth, and we had no other joiners so it is recommended to go early and at a weekday. Very much beginner friendly, even with no license, lakas lang ng loob ang puhunan, hehe. Sa susunod will try harder trail if given a chance to go here again! Plus the pickup and drop off inclusion? Sobrang worth it.

There was a change in the route which was promptly coordinated via email. Guides were helpful. Pick up and drop off service also good.

Very friendly staff, my marshal, kuya Sam, gave clear instructions and is incredibly patient and kind. There’s also a cafe you can check out there called KapeZebra. Definitely one for the books.

The ride was amazing! Had a good view of Mayon, a great guide who knew when and where to take pictures of me, and a great management from start to finish. Definitely coming back again for the Mayon Black Lava Trail! (Mayon was on Alert Level 3 so the trail was not available)

it was a great experience. i wish there was an option they could offer an earlier time slot like 6am tour that way it would not be too hot while on the trail

Our first ATV experience at the Mayon Volcano View Deck Trail was both challenging and unforgettable because we chose the hardest trail. The whole experience was fun, thrilling, and memorable. Even though it was in the afternoon and Mayon Volcano only showed up a little because of the clouds, Kuya Sam was patient and supportive throughout the ride and also had great video and photography skills.

The weather wasn't great for this trip, and it rained intermittently, but our tour guide was still very dedicated and responsible. The itinerary largely proceeded as planned, and the guide shared historical stories about each attraction, also allowing us time for meals and coffee. We managed to take some beautiful photos during breaks in the rain. Overall, it was a very pleasant trip.
