I cannot express what a wonderful day we had had with our guide Putu! He is very knowledgeable, interesting to listen, has a great sense of humor and simply very kind person. Everything on this programme was perfect, Putu took as to waterfall first thing and we didn’t wait a lot of time to take photos, no line, no time wasting. Putu organized everything and was very caring, he took a lot of amazing photos and videos also. thank you a lot for your kind and great service ❤️ Putu made our day!

We had an amazing experience on the Hidden Waterfalls Tour. Our guide Juli was extremely punctual, knowledgeable, and very pleasant throughout the day. Juli was also a smooth and safe driver—no small feat given that Bali’s roads can feel like an adrenaline rush on their own! He took great photos for us and never rushed us at any of the locations, which really allowed us to enjoy each stop. Highly recommend this tour and Juli as a guide. Note for the tour itself, it requires decent physical endurance. There's a lot of up and down very steep stairs, and crossing through moving water. Also wear quick drying clothes and sandals that don't come off easily (lots of people were losing flip flops or struggling with slippery shoes).

our guide was Edi Lanus, and he was punctual and really helpful! was really knowledgeable as well and shared a lot of fun facts about bali along the way! really enjoyed ourselves and he was very accommodating to our needs as we brought our elderly grandmother along. he was very familiar with the routes and was very enthusiastic at helping us take photos! overall a great experience as we got to see the 4 waterfalls in bali, but please do expect that the waterfalls are not huge due to the geography! they’re all great sights to behold regardless. :) would go on a tour with edi again if we have a chance

We took a full-day tour, visiting temples, the monkey forest, and a waterfall. It was an extraordinary experience. Our guide, Edi Lanus, was incredibly kind and helpful, and took the time to capture beautiful photos of my wife and me. When we visited the temples, he explained their history and how ceremonies are conducted, answering every question with care and precision. In conclusion, it was an extraordinary day with an exceptional guide, Edi Lanus, whom we wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you, Bali, thank you, Edi!

Best tour and tour guide ever! This was our honeymoon and our first visit to Bali, and booking this tour was one of the best decisions we made! We were lucky enough to have Jerry as our tour guide, and he truly made our experience unforgettable. Jerry was incredibly kind, attentive, an amazing photographer and extremely knowledgeable about Balinese culture. He shared so many interesting insights throughout the day and made every stop even more meaningful. His friendly personality and genuine care ensured we had an amazing time from start to finish. This was easily a 100/10 experience! If you’re looking for the perfect way to explore Ubud, this tour lets you experience so much in just one day. We couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Bali. P.S. If you have the option, definitely request Jerry as your tour guide—you won’t regret it!

We were so incredibly lucky to get Mr. Bendy as our driver & guide. He is simply the best. He arrived early and gave us a morning call. When we accidentally overslept, he waited patiently without any rush. We set off for Lempuyang Temple, nearly 3 hour drive, but heavy rain poured down. Bendy waited with us, until the rain lightened, he helped us take absolutely stunning shots we will treasure forever. After that he bring us to a nice restaurant for lunch then brought us to Tirta Ganga to feed the big fish & took lovely photos of us there too! After another long drive, we went to the famous swing spots in Tegalalang, where he arranged beautiful flowy dresses for me and traditional costumes for my partner for our photos. We also asked last minute to stop at a supermarket and money changer, and he happily adjusted the route before sending us safely back to our villa. Thank you so much, Mr. Bendy, for making our Bali trip so special and memorable!

We had such an amazing experience with Sir Putu as our tour guide/driver/photographer! He was incredibly kind, accommodating, and easy to be with the whole time. What we really appreciated was how flexible he was, he adjusted our schedule based on the places we wanted to visit and made sure everything went smoothly. We truly enjoyed our time at Cretya Ubud, Kanto Lampo Waterfall, and Tirta Empul Temple, and Sir Putu made each stop even more memorable by helping us capture great photos and guiding us along the way. We had the best day with our guide Leo ! From the moment he picked us up, he made us feel so welcome and comfortable. He took us to three absolutely stunning waterfalls, and everything was perfectly planned so we could simply relax and enjoy the experience. He was incredibly kind, funny, and easy to talk to. We even shared lunch together, laughed a lot, and had such a great time throughout the day. It felt like spending the day with a friend rather than just having a guide. He was also very patient, gave us plenty of time at each waterfall, took great photos for us, and made sure we were always safe and having fun.
