The atmosphere is great, and the staff are lovely and welcoming, from the receptionists to the housekeepers. The breakfast is good too! 👍

We had an unforgettable vacation at Banyan Tree Krabi. Booking via Klook got us a great deal, and the check-in process at the resort was quick and welcoming.
The resort grounds are stunning, nestled right on Tubkaek Beach. We absolutely loved our private pool suite—it was quiet, luxurious, and perfectly maintained. The food, the buggy service, the spa, and the incredibly attentive staff made this a 5-star experience in every way. Highly recommend using Klook for the booking and highly recommend Banyan Tree for a luxurious escape!
