Dongdaemun Sparex is the best! It's affordable, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is also incredibly easy to find. Dongdaemun Design Plaza is right across the street. You can easily find it by taking the elevator down to the third basement floor of the building. They don't provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or scrubbing towels, so it's a good idea to bring your own. If you forget, they sell them at the entrance, which is convenient. For women, mugwort steaming is highly recommended! It costs 2,000 yen. It feels incredibly good and makes you sweat a lot. After that, getting a body scrub is the best! On the fourth basement floor, there's also a food court, a jjimjilbang (Korean sauna), and a relaxation area where you can unwind. Going in the morning is recommended as it's less crowded.

After more than 12years of visiting Seoul, this is my first 'beauty treatment' that I have ever had ( such a good wife lol). I was so looking forward to this 18steps stem cell scalp treatment that is so famous in Korea. There are many salons to choose from and I chose @ecojardin.jamsil salon, which happened to be close to our hotel within walking distance. I made my booking directly with them in ig & purchased a voucher with @klookmy This salon is located in Lotte World Tower, very modern n trendy salon and has a private zen room for scalp treatment. I'm well pampered since the moment I walked in till I walked out. I was assigned to Banya hair designer (@ecojardin_banya ) and Haerin for my treatment, they are very attentive & friendly. We have no problem conversing in English. The 18 steps treatment was simply therapeutic, it takes about 105minutes. The process was so relaxing I wished it could be longer. My scalp feels so clean & refreshed! Hair was beautifully blow & styled by Banya too. All in all, 10 out of 10 for the treatment n service ! 🫶🏻

not very accessible as you need to walk up a bit of slope after alighting at the nearest bus stop but the views are great. only thing is the cleaner will wake everyone up at 8 plus in the morning to tidy up the rooms, wish i could sleep a bit longer

The facial massage at LEE HEA KYUNG Beauty & Massage was absolutely wonderful. The therapist was attentive, gentle, and clearly experienced, explaining each step and ensuring I was comfortable. The treatment itself felt very effective — my skin looked brighter and more lifted right after. The shop is clean, cozy, and has a calm atmosphere that helps you fully relax. The location in Myeong-dong is super convenient, easy to find even for first-time visitors. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent service and good value for money. I will definitely come back again and recommend it to friends.

The K-Beauty facial was absolutely amazing. The practitioner has excellent technique. The treatment is comprehensive. It's a pure moment of relaxation and bliss. The salon is clean and inviting. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived until our departure. I loved all the little touches and the attention to detail surrounding this service. The staff is professional and attentive to all our needs. I highly recommend this treatment and this institute to everyone.

My partner and I booked back-to-back appointments on a Sunday, and we both had a fantastic experience. Since there isn't a traditional waiting room, it was incredibly easy to wait for each other while grabbing a coffee at The Liter just around the corner. The owner is wonderful. He was very kind, personable, and made communicating in both English and Korean very easy. The session itself felt like a targeted physical therapy appointment. It really made me realize how much tension I’ve been holding in my back and shoulders! He took the time to physically show and explain exactly where my problem areas were, and then spent extra time and care focusing intensely on releasing those specific spots. I left feeling a massive difference and definitely plan on returning regularly to keep working on them.

I really enjoyed my time at Nanda Thai Aroma Massage. The clean stairs at the entrance gave me a nice first impression before I even walked in. The staff were friendly, and the massage was relaxing with just the right pressure. The place was clean and peaceful, and I felt refreshed afterward. This will be one of the good memories from my trip. I would definitely come back again.
