Convenience of transportation: Very convenient. There's another large, designated parking lot a five-minute walk away where you can get a free discount voucher from the front desk. Cleanliness: Overall clean, and the bed was comfortable and good for sleeping.

The hotel was conveniently located, about a 5-minute walk from the station, with many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were also very polite and helpful. The only minor issue was the soundproofing, as noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms could sometimes be heard. Earplugs might be a good idea for light sleepers, but otherwise, it was a very satisfying hotel.

The overall experience was excellent. I'll definitely be back, and the "Emperor Hotel" in Kaohsiung will always be my top choice. Even though I only spent a short day in Kaohsiung, my stay was delightful. The service attitude, breakfast, and surrounding environment all far exceeded my expectations. It's very close to the Cianjin MRT Station, and there are many delicious food options near the hotel. If you want to have some fun, you can also go to the Tom's World next door. Overall, the room is very clean, and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Great location a few minutes’ walk from the night market. Art all over. The food in your ref is free and replenishable. Staff were super helpful. Cold and hot water in the hall (but also provided in the rooms). Free popcorn and free use of umbrellas. Quiet place. Bathtub!

The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. It's very close to Pier 2, just a 6-minute walk. There's a waiting area on the second floor with a coffee machine, milk, and chocolate available. A popcorn machine is also provided (during certain hours). Free laundry is available, but the dryer costs 50 NT in the basement. A Nintendo is also available (at certain times) in the basement.
