Tour was great, there were minimal tourists and the ride was very comfortable. The views were amazing and worth the long drive from Hanoi. Eveything went well and on time. Quan was a great guide! Can recommend, especially during the low season (July).

It was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the company of Trung, the tour expert. Such a soft spoken, empathetic, and fun loving guide who made the trip exponentially more memorable. Great driving, unrushed exploration, and tribal knowledge about every place in the itinerary. I am going to make it my life’s purpose to recommend Cao Bang (this Klook trip/Trung) to my friends. I had a vegetarian lunch request, and it was honoured in style with sumptuous dishes. Tip: Get a private boat for 100k vnd to take pictures patiently at the Ban Gioc waterfall with some extended time next to it. (it’s worth it)

I joined this tour as the only foreign traveler in the group, but the guides took great care of me throughout the trip and made me feel very comfortable. The itinerary was long because of the mountain roads, but every destination was worth it — especially Pác Bó, Lenin Stream, Ban Gioc Waterfall, and Ba Be Lake. The guide who personally helped me was very kind and thoughtful, and the driver handled the long mountain routes safely and professionally. I was able to experience both the beautiful nature and the local atmosphere of Northern Vietnam. It was a memorable trip, and I truly appreciate the effort of the team. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to explore the real beauty of Northern Vietnam.
