My stay at the Holiday Inn in Chelsea, New York was fantastic! The location couldn’t be better — it’s right in the heart of Manhattan, close to the subway, shops, and great local restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given the central location. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and city view from my window. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful — they greeted me with a smile every time and were quick to assist with directions and local tips. Breakfast was fresh and hearty, with a good variety of options to start the day. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home in NYC. Very convenient to the station and surrounding attractions. Tight security and helpful front desk service. Rooms were slightly aged.
