He is also incredibly friendly, empathetic, and helpful—throughout the entire trip, he cared about our comfort and made us feel truly well looked after. The transportation was very comfortable, and the time we spent with Yudi passed in a wonderful atmosphere. We loved all the places we visited and thoroughly enjoyed the entire tour, but it was Yudi’s dedication that made the day truly special for us. Yudi is definitely the right person in the right position and a wonderful representative of the company. I had an amazing experience with Aditya on my Klook Instagram Tour! He suggested leaving earlier than the scheduled time so we could queue first, and it was the best decision—we avoided the crowds and had a much better experience. He was incredibly thoughtful, always making sure I had water, never rushing the itinerary, and checking that I was happy throughout the tour. He's also a fantastic photographer who knows how to capture great shots. Overall, his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Our guide, Andre, helped providing an amazing first time in bali experience. He was very patient and explained the balinese culture to us, and most importantly he talked us through the journey of sacred temple. He was a guide and a friend.

The photo trip with our MULIA guide was truly wonderful. Our guide drove very well, and when we arrived at each sightseeing spot, he would step aside for a bit, allowing us to enjoy some private time. This made it very easy for us to relax and enjoy ourselves. The restaurant he recommended had an absolutely stunning terrace view. I highly recommend him!

The tour is nice. We have lots of instagrammable photos - like thousand of it. Its worth it to wake up early to make a line early in the temple. Our driver Kuya Buya is kind, respectful and easy going. He’s also gentle driver. He shared some tips while stayin in Bali, where to eat, and where to buy some pasalubong. Thank you!

This was such a good tour. We even got a coffee/tea tastning for free. We had the best guide named Gede, he was so patient and did everything in his power to make our trip as good as possible! Would highligly recommend this tour if you like active activity. the food was also really good for lunch. We moved acording to pur tempo so No rush at all.

Had a great day exploring Ubud! The whole trip was well organized and the experience was really fun. The scenery was beautiful, and our guide was very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the day. PAL was always kind to us and did a great job managing our time. He took us to various places, including the rice terraces in Ubud, the Monkey Forest, the waterfall, the Kecak dance, a coffee break, and an art gallery, and he also introduced us to some delicious lunch spots. His driving was smooth and made us feel safe. I highly recommend this tour!
