I have the best tome getting to know with the elephant. Very friendly and accomodating staff from watsapp to onsite to driver. Special thanks to Jumbo and Game. I miss charlie already!

Aimee our driver was really nice. the zoo is great with lots of animal feeding and interactive things to do. definitely get the cart to get around it is huge.

I super recommend this activity! It’s nice to meet all the rescued elephants 🥰 and the service picked me up exactly in my hostel and also dropped me off there after the activity 🥰 this is worth it! I want to come back next year and meet the baby elephant because one of the 🐘 is preggy rn 😍 this is free lunch which is pad thai and watermelon fruit 🍉 showers and toilets were clean. you can def use them for cleaning after you went in with the 🐘! i will share my first blog to my utube channel soon! its an open zoo where you can interact with some animals by feeding. its huge and needs a gold cart or tram to go around with additional payment. redeeming the klook tickets are located at a nearby outpost outside the zoo. food stalls are available inside. spent around 1 to 2 hours here due to hot weather.

Initially, I accidentally booked the wrong pickup location, selecting a Bangkok transfer. Over the weekend, Klook was unresponsive, and I thought I'd have to take the loss. Fortunately, I saw a WhatsApp message from the elephant team that evening. I asked them to change the pickup to Pattaya, and I'd pay the difference at the park. It turns out they now bring everyone from various locations to this one park in Pattaya. There were about 5-6 vehicles picking up people from different places during our time slot. All in all, it was an adventure with a happy ending. The experience was both educational and entertaining. Each staff member had a unique segment, introducing a part of the park, helping with photos, assisting with feeding, and sharing knowledge about elephants. Luckily, the weather cooperated; it was still raining after the introduction and explanation, and I almost thought our experience was ruined, but it cleared up just as it was our turn. It was reassuring to see the elephants so well cared for in such an environment, living freely and independently. We felt very at ease during our visit.

A very unforgetabble experience. Understanding the behaviour and how the elephants are taken care of. Salute to all the staff. The weather at this time was extremely hot and were all provided with hydrations and the food is really yummy. I love the pad thai here! The staffs are very friendly and funny too. Highly recommended!

Everything was great. Location: There's nothing to worry about since pickup and drop-off are right in front of the hotel. It's very hot at the location. Instructor: The staff providing explanations are friendly, clear, and full of smiles. Experience: Thanks to the staff who coexist with the elephants 24/7, the elephants live with gentle expressions. You get to join them, feed them, walk with them, and bathe them. Facilities: There's a shaded area, and chilled water is provided. The Pad Thai for lunch is also delicious.
