Our ride on the Taiwan High Speed Rail from Chiayi to Taipei was an excellent experience from start to finish. The train departed right on time, and the entire journey felt incredibly smooth and efficient. The seats were clean, comfortable, and had plenty of legroom, making it easy to relax and enjoy the ride. We were especially impressed by how quiet and well-maintained everything was. The large windows gave us a nice view of Taiwan’s scenery as we sped north. What really stood out was how fast and convenient the trip was—what would normally take hours by car felt quick and stress-free. The staff were also polite and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, it was a very comfortable, reliable, and enjoyable way to travel across Taiwan. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free journey!

This time, I chartered a car for a day in Taiwan with my children and elderly mother! Our driver, Mr. Wang, picked us up at the hotel right on time and drove us safely from morning till night, covering the long round trip from Taipei to Taichung, including bathroom breaks. For lunch, Mr. Wang recommended an affordable and authentic Taiwanese restaurant, and he was very thoughtful, even giving us donuts along the way, guiding us to various places, and parking the car conveniently close. Thanks to him, both my children and mother said they had a wonderful time and were very satisfied! He truly did an excellent job with the long journey! He also explained various places to us, and I think it would be fantastic if Mr. Wang could drive us again if we visit Taiwan in the future!

Our driver arrived 15 minutes early. Our driver, 小楊 (Yang), always helped us get in and out of the car, which we really appreciated. I also forgot to include two locations in the Changhua itinerary I sent beforehand, but he accommodated them very well without any issue. He even recommended a really delicious rou bao (肉包) near Lukang Longshan Temple—after tasting it, we ended up buying a whole box to eat at the hotel. Communication via LINE was smooth and easy. He also played great music during the drive; I honestly wish I knew his playlist. We had a very pleasant and comfortable drive to and from Lukang. Highly recommended.

The driver is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He is able to give useful suggestions for us to amend our itinerary to optimise our time. Very friendly and patient with kids too. Car is very spacious and clean.

First time camping with friends! The campsite size was just right, the toilets were very clean, and the bedding inside the tent was clean and not moldy. There were ants inside the tent due to being outdoors, and the staff was kind enough to help us clean it up again!! Thank you to the staff!!!

Booking this campsite through the Klook platform was incredibly affordable, saving us almost a thousand [currency unit]. It's cheap, a great value, and you can even earn points! This campsite offers one night with four meals (afternoon tea, dinner, late-night snack, and breakfast, all self-service buffets) including free-flow alcoholic beverages. On top of that, there are many activities available, such as afternoon DIY workshops, basketball, archery, trampolines, electric mahjong tables, and so much more. It's truly a rich experience and absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend it as the ultimate glamping spot for those who want to relax!🤩🤩🤩

This was our first camping trip, chosen at our child's request, and we opted for a glamping style. Unfortunately, we encountered cold and wet weather, which prevented us from exploring the campsite, playing ball, or seeing fireflies. That was a bit of a shame. However, we could tell the campsite was well-maintained. Aside from the shower gel and shampoo being difficult to dispense, and some unstable voltage in the living area tent provided with the Chestnut Cabin, we were very satisfied with everything else. The campsite staff were also very friendly and kind. We recommend this place to anyone like us who wants to try camping. Experience:

Facilities: The public restrooms were clean and tidy, showing a clear effort in maintenance. Experience: Each camping area had ample sinks for cleaning, along with dish soap. Every common tent was also equipped with mosquito coils and an electric fan. The entire campsite's lawn was very well-maintained.
