Very nicely located. This is our fourth visit. We will always come back. The room is spacious and clean with a great breakfast and great facilities, and highly hospitable staff.

The room was very spacious, and the accommodation was peaceful. The breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool was a bit narrow and not an infinity pool. The service was good.

Such a seamless trip as a whole. It was my not first time booking through Klook online, and at first, I was a little apprehensive using an online travel agent. However, from start to finish the booking process and holiday went so smoothly, and what a great day we got! We were accomodated like vip as we are 4 only on that schedule. Kuddos to our tourguide and our driver (names difficult to pronuounce)😋 she got a dog named Lisa though, very informative, very welcoming😊😊😊 Can't wait to book again with Klook Online :)

I truly enjoyed this tour. Our guide and driver were both knowledgeable about the different plants and animals in Khao Yai. They seemed to be genuinely happy with their jobs and ensured that we enjoyed our tour. We even made some stops every time there were animals so we could take a few minutes to see them. Unfortunately, we did not see any elephants. However, we did see some deer, hornbills, and monkeys.
I don't recommend this tour for those with kids or mobility issues, as it requires a lot of walking and climbing up/down steep stairs.

Our driver, Mr Eak, was polite and gentle. He was always punctual and though he doesn’t speak much English, he tried to provide us with some simple information about the places of interest at Khao Yai through Google translation. Having a driver to ferry you around Khao Yai from Bangkok is a wise decision. The drive from Bangkok to Khao Yai alone takes more than 3 hours and having an experienced driver to navigate the traffic of Bangkok towards Khao Yai really makes the trip a lot more enjoyable and a lot less tiring.

Unique experience. The wine valley was fun and it was cool knowing how the wine was made. Primo Piazza was kinda underwhelming tho. But the Hokkaido Flower Valley was my favourite! Guide was nice and kept translating to English as he was afraid we might not understand his Chinese. Overall great experience.

We booked a private charter van for our family trip to Khao Yai and had the best experience. Our driver was incredibly punctual for every single pickup and was always helpful throughout the journey. The van was comfortable and the driving was safe. Highly recommend this service for anyone traveling with family.
