Busan Food tours

We had a really good night. The host Josh was awesome and made sure that we had a good time. Beer pong was such a fun game to play and we met some really awesome people.

It turns out Klook offers a restaurant reservation service, and the service fee is acceptable. Most restaurants in Busan only accept phone reservations, and online reservations only accept Korean phone numbers. So, if you have a favorite restaurant in mind, this service is quite useful. Klook will make the reservation using the user's name.

Chef Heeyoung took us on a tour through the local markets (some which we wouldn’t have found) and it was great to have some background and understanding of the culture and history of Busan. On top of that shw gave us some amazing recommendations for great eats such as the stall on the Jagalchi market and milmyeon. It was a delight and would definitely recommend for a deeper cultural understanding.

We had a great time on the 3-hour Jagalchi Market food tour. John was a friendly and knowledgeable guide who introduced us to a variety of local foods and shared interesting insights about Busan’s food culture. The tour was well paced and a fun way to experience the market. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at a local KBBQ restaurant and enjoyed some drinks and different sides, accompanied with cultural insight from Joe and a good social group. This was a great way to enjoy good food and drink and meet new people whilst visiting Busan.

Suyang, was excellent. He was very freindly and informative. Not only with seafood market knowledge but also with general Korea and Busan recommendations for example the best value sashimi and fried chicken vendors and sites to see and best ways to get there. His cooking skills are fantastic and he allows the fresh seafood to shine and the venue is spectacular. I highly recommend Suyang if you are in Busan.
