Serpong is reachable by road from Jakarta, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, and other parts of Tangerang. Commuter rail connections serve the Serpong line, while many visitors use taxis, ride-hailing cars, or hotel transfers.

Ride-hailing cars and taxis are the easiest options for malls, hotels, and ICE BSD. The commuter rail is useful for reaching Jakarta, but last-mile transport is still needed from stations to many BSD destinations.

Stay near ICE BSD if you are attending an event, exhibition, or concert. AEON Mall BSD and The Breeze areas are convenient for shopping, dining, and family stays. Gading Serpong offers many restaurants and hotels, while central South Tangerang works better for visitors with local meetings or relatives nearby.
