Fantastic 5.0
Great hotel overall especially for the price. The location is close to Morioka station with lots of restaurants nearby. The public bath on the roof is REALLY nice not only because of the outdoor bath but also the fact that the indoor windows can show you a view of Mount Iwate. One of the best parts of the public bath isn’t even inside it’s when you get out and they have free popsicles and an manga reading area! If you are also low on cash they have free half size miso ramen from 9 - 11 pm.

Super cheap! Excellent value for money, the rooms are clean and tidy, with a sense of design. The rooms and bathrooms are also quite large. The triple room has three beds, so everyone has plenty of space. There are vending machines, washing machines (wash, dry, and tumble for ¥500/cycle), ice machines, etc., but there are no facilities such as a large public bath or observation deck. Instead, there are a bunch of wedding halls, but it doesn't affect the accommodation experience. The only drawback is that it's a bit far from Morioka Station, a ten-minute walk.

Fantastic 5.0
My recent stay was excellent! The room was spacious, bright, and clean, and the bed was very comfortable for a good night's sleep. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were complete, and the location was convenient for transportation. The exquisite and delicious breakfast was an added bonus. It offers great value for money, and I sincerely recommend it to everyone for a relaxing getaway.

This accommodation is very close to Morioka Station, and the Odori downtown area is also within walking distance. Although the room facilities are not new, they are very clean and odor-free. My only minor complaint is the location of the entrance/exit. One entrance requires walking around to the back alley, while the entrance facing the main road is the famous Morioka Reimen restaurant, Pyon Pyon Sha (which also has a back entrance). If you leave early or return late, you might encounter equipment placed outside. Other than that, there's nothing to complain about. It's a highly recommended stay with excellent value for money.
