It's actually very suitable for bringing children to visit for half a day. You can slowly enjoy and explore for about 4-5 hours. The visitor flow inside is quite clear, and you can see everything by following the path. There are many more types of jellyfish than expected, which is quite good. The only downside is that the admission ticket feels a bit expensive.

We brought three children (ages 8, 11, 12) to play. Until August 31st, there's a special offer where if you buy tickets for three zones, you can play in five. Adults can also purchase an all-zone companion ticket on-site for 250 NTD and join in the fun. We picked a few activities that were more suitable for us (go-karts, VR trampoline, ball pit, rope net playground, and the 'Cosmic Mirror' illusion experience). We recommend arranging your go-kart time as soon as you arrive, and then starting with other activities. Be very careful on the trampoline to avoid twisting an ankle. The gold go-karts are the fastest and can drift. In conclusion, it's a great place to visit on a rainy day; it's not huge, but it's a real workout!

Our guide from Taichung is Mr. Eric! We had a wonderful experience today with him as our tour guide. He kept the whole group together throughout the day and made sure everyone felt safe at every stop. His explanations were clear and informative, giving us a much deeper understanding of what we were seeing. He also managed the itinerary perfectly, keeping everything on schedule without ever feeling rushed. On top of that, he was incredibly helpful with photography, making sure we all got great shots and even offered good tips for framing our photos. Highly recommend if you want a smooth, safe, and enjoyable tour!

There are 1-3 floors of experiences, and even first-graders enjoyed it. There's a mountain climbing experience, a drawing and cycling projection, and a robot that walks with buckles. However, it's a bit of a shame that the AR experience wasn't available. There's a dining area on the third floor.

Bear Fishing Fun Pier is a unique family-friendly attraction in Taichung, and the only fishing-themed tourist factory in Taiwan. Through interactive exhibits, simulated fishing experiences, and DIY activities, children can learn about marine ecosystems and fishing culture while playing. The environment is clean and comfortable, with abundant facilities, making it suitable for a half-day trip regardless of the weather. It's a high-quality attraction that combines educational value with entertainment.

This is a great place for edutainment, worth exploring again and again. The museum is divided into many different themed areas, and the exhibits in each theme hall are wonderfully and thoughtfully presented. However, some theme halls are not suitable for very young children, leading to constant crying and making it difficult to fully appreciate the exhibits, which is quite a shame. Some areas, such as the Life Sciences Hall, contain mummies and anthropomorphic sarcophagi, which can easily affect young children who are more sensitive. Parents are advised to think carefully and perhaps avoid this section, returning when their children are older and can better understand the exhibits. We suggest that the museum consider dividing visitors by age for different sections. It would also be beneficial to set up a play area, providing a temporary resting spot for children and parents. This is a museum worth revisiting and savoring.

With temperatures around 17 degrees Celsius in April, you'll need light warm clothing for hiking in Dasyueshan (Great Snow Mountain). When you stop, add a windbreaker. The area is not crowded, and the air is fresh, making it ideal for summer hiking. Cell phone reception is poor in the mountains, so always hike with a companion, download offline maps, and prioritize safety.

To be honest at first i thought the destinations was mid and was pleasantly surprised how beautiful and smooth the tour was. One advice please on every tourist is to be on time!
