The best guide in all of the tours I joined in my international trips. the tour is also very very good. very informative, very engaging and the places we’ve went to are all very interesting. no hassle tour and super value for money. Very nice walk, a bit bothered at the start by the rain (so if in doubt, take your umbrella or a raincoat), it cleared up afterwards and we were able to enjoy it, but very crowded, so a tip upon arrival... head straight for the furthest point (of the garden, the island, and come back slowly) because everyone crowds around the first viewpoints. Our guide was very nice too.

HAPPY SAM IS SOOOOOOOO FUNNNNN!!!! So we went to the DMZ on the 27th of October. Owing to overcrowding of the DMZ tour on said day, our booking was pushed from 8am to 9am. But that was a blessing in disguise. It was a blessing because we got Happy Sam as our guide. Happy Sam, being 60, was super energetic, super enthusiastic and super knowledgeable. He was amazing. He had booked tickets for the tour much earlier unlike other guides and hence we were literally at the forefront of every queue. He was also helpful in helping my older mother in every way possible. He made sure everyone was on time and there were no delays. We reached exactly back to Seoul at the time he mentioned. I would like to point out that this did not feel like a planned tour but a private one. HAPPY SAM IS THE BESTTTTTT! LETSSSSS GOOOOOO!!!!

Very enjoyable tour. No hiccups from pickup to drop-off in Hongdae. Our guide Alex was very informative and helpful. Ensured we have toilet breaks at every station. Also help to take plenty of photos for us. He looks like a Korean k-pop idol. PS: He's still single.

The day trip including lunch to the charming town of Biei covered about 6 attractions. Great value for the price. I really liked the Blue Pond. I truly wouldn't recommend Shikisai-no-Oka in October, there really isn't much to see. Our tour guide, Cinna, was very nice and looked after everyone. Since there were many Korean tourists in this group, there was another lovely Korean guide who was very expressive and spoke a lot. Even though I didn't understand what she was saying, she kept waving both hands goodbye as she saw us off. Both guides took good care of everyone, helped take photos, and introduced each spot. The only area for improvement is that when first contacting tour members, the email sent a WhatsApp link. With so many scams nowadays, I don't click on links like that. Although I missed out on a lot of pre-trip information, I arrived at the meeting point about 20 minutes early on the day of departure. This is a fast-paced yet efficient way to see most of Biei's attractions in a single day. Personally, I love the town of Biei for its peace and tranquility.

SO FUN! I got the day pass with the safari and 1 fast pass. the rides are so fun and even just looking around. Spending some time in Everland I don’t think you would be able to do everything in 1 day!

It was a lot of fun, and I loved riding the elevator. However, when I went, I didn't see a single one of the animals I wanted to see; I have no idea where they were hiding.

It was a great experience. It was easy and cheaper to buy through Klook than at the Aquafield Goyang itself. There are so many saunas and spas to enjoy. Highly recommend this place to anyone who visits Seoul.
