Adeje

Adeje is a year-round destination, but April to June and September to November offer warm weather with fewer peak holiday crowds. December to March is popular for winter sun, while July and August are hotter and busier.

Fly into Tenerife South Airport, which is the closest airport to Costa Adeje. From there, use airport buses, taxis, hotel shuttles, ride-hailing where available, or private transfers to reach Adeje resorts.

Local buses, taxis, walking routes, and tour pickups cover the main resort areas. Renting a car is useful for Teide National Park, Masca, Los Gigantes, and quieter beaches, but it is not essential for a beach-focused stay.

Costa Adeje is best for resort hotels, beaches, restaurants, and easy tour pickups. Playa del Duque suits luxury stays and a quieter atmosphere. Playa Fañabé is convenient for families and beach facilities, while La Caleta offers a more relaxed dining-focused base.
