A truly excellent place. The villa rooms are spacious, and there are many hot spring pools. Free activities include horseback riding and some stream activities. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a rich and diverse selection of food, and the staff's service attitude is exceptional. The German buffet dinner, which costs $120, is also worth it. I would definitely come again.

Going at the end of November, the temperature difference is huge. It's 23 degrees Celsius during the day, but only about 7 degrees in the morning and evening. The hot spring is outdoors, and after checking in in the afternoon, it already felt a bit cold. It's a bit difficult to soak at night, and when I went in the morning, many pools were not open/had no water. Because I stayed in the villa area, I had two experiences of not being able to wait for the VIP shuttle. The hotel front desk said that you can press 0 on the room phone to call for a car: the first time I called, but it didn't come after waiting for a long time; the second time, when I called in the morning, the phone couldn't connect! In the end, I had to walk to the main building myself both times. It was really inconvenient because there were elderly people with me. If you are interested in going, I suggest staying in the main building. In addition, when checking in, I asked if a reservation was needed for the evening buffet and the price. The front desk inquired with the restaurant and replied that you can go directly to pay at that time. However, we purchased a children's package in advance at the front desk (including breakfast, dinner, hot spring, and amusement activities). When we arrived at the restaurant at around 6 o'clock, the receptionist directly said it was full, that a group had booked and there were no seats. We said that the front desk said no reservation was needed and that we had already purchased the children's package. She told us to go to the front desk to get a refund. By that time, it was already dark and we didn't know what restaurants were nearby. After arguing with her, she said there were seats at the outside bar, but it would be cold sitting there, or we could come back after 7 o'clock when there would be seats. The service attitude of that staff member needs improvement. It completely felt like she wanted to drive us away and not do our business: first of all, although the bar area is semi-open air, the weather was not very cold, so it was acceptable. Other guests also started sitting in that area after we sat down; secondly, when we finished eating and left after 7 o'clock, we saw that the food was no longer being replenished. If we had really listened to her and came back at 7 o'clock, there would have been nothing good to eat. However, the scenery there is still good.

The location is a bit far; it took over two hours even with a private car the first time! However, the buffet isn't expensive, and there are many restaurants right outside the entrance! So, it's still okay!

The buffet breakfast and dinner are very good with many choices. The room and hot spring area are quite large, with many pools. I spent a comfortable three days and two nights with my family.
