Sierra is so professional but friendly and tge class is so informative. This is my first time in Vietnam and happy that i booked this class. The cocktail recipe is so yummy! Really recommended!
it was very informative and nice experience a cocktail with coffee!.and they are all nice! highly recommended!
the workshop ran on time. my host was Sierra who was lovely, friendly and professional. it was only me so a solo private tour. i learnt alot about vietnam coffee, the ingredients and cooking techniques. i would recommend to do this if you have time. its not a must do. i wouldnt do it again. i did have a coffee in their cafe and highly recommend it, very tasty.
this was a really interesting experience and i actl love that the space is quite private and conducive 🤗 staff at lacaph were all very hospitable and approachable! my host was sierra and i had a really fun time learning basics of bartending. she was also very knowledgeable on whatever shes doing and i could see her passion in spreading the love for vietnamese coffee. learnt that the cocktail workshop isnt as popular as the coffee workshop, and i ended up being the only participant but i actl liked it better this way 😂the workshop started off with a bit of self-introduction and to the drinks we were making. before making each drink, she will introduce the ingredients and let me try them. i love the fact that the ingredients, especially alcohols used are made in vietnam, and the lady trieu gin was so good. whats even better is that the place was set up in a way that encourages participants to film their experience, and they even have a handphone stand for whoever needs it 😚shoutout to the pho cocktail - it sounds weird but turned out to be so good! enjoyed this experience!!

My partner and I were lucky to just be in this 5:30 session. Very interesting experience indeed. We love the pho fizz
It was fun. I spent more than an hour trying it out. I made two special cocktails. They were both very Vietnamese-style and worth recommending.
Thank you for my bravery in ordering this bartending experience class. Through bartending, you can learn more about Vietnamese culture and food. At first, I was worried that it would be taught in English, but the friendly teacher VI can guide you well.
Ny is very attentive even though I am the only student (accidentally booking the room XD) and carefully introduces the history of Vietnamese wine and coffee. The bartending taste is very special.
Professor Sierra's class was very fun and I enjoyed cocktails I've never tried before. It might be a little hard to find the place. It's on the second floor!
