The hotel is full of aromatherapy scents, which feels very relaxing. The lobby decoration is beautiful. The staff gave us tea and were very attentive. They even upgraded us! We booked the meditation room and played for a while, which was very relaxing. When we checked in, the staff asked us to choose aromatherapy and it was delivered in the afternoon. I slept very well that night. Later, we also enjoyed afternoon tea. The whole experience was great. In the evening, we went for a massage nearby. Next to the hotel is the KK ONE shopping mall, and the subway is downstairs, which is very convenient. What I appreciate most is that they have pajamas, so I can come and sleep without bringing my own. Overall, the rooms are beautiful and very good. I will come again next time!

The hotel is next to a shopping mall with restaurants and tea shops, which is very convenient. We had Hakka cuisine at a restaurant in the mall for dinner. The salt-baked chicken was delicious, the clay pot rice was a little oily, but still tasty, and the stuffed tofu was also good. Plus the diffuser experience that they try to create upon your arrival and during farewell. However the service could be better - for example they could not offer a room but claiming to upgrade us by asking us to wait for another hour at 6pm, and they didn’t actually follow up indeed after.

Porridge, boiled noodles and fried rice are available at night. Breakfast: There are many buffet options. In addition to the normal fried eggs, tea eggs, sausages, etc., there is also the rare "Benedict Eggs", a lot of Chinese dim sum choices, stews, crab fried rice, and several hot dishes and breakfast wine and champagne.

I added $228 at check-in to join the membership and get an instant upgrade to the executive room, plus free late-night snacks. First of all, the location of the hotel is very convenient. The exit of Xiasha Station is right downstairs of KK One shopping mall. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. I really like the breakfast because the ingredients are relatively healthy; there are more types of late night snacks than expected, which is a surprise. All in all, I like this hotel very much and will come back next time.
