Mont Saint-Michel Day Tour with Audio Guide

The place is spectacular especially if you like old castle, old vibe feels. The transfer is a hassle though not the tour company issue but the Mont St Michel tourism transfer itself, got unlucky that one of the tram is broken and it’s pouring and we have to wait at least 30mins of our time in the rain (no shade) so we had to rush for lunch to be able to go to the abbey. We didn’t have the chance to do the audio guided bc we need to head back for the bus back to Paris. Overall though, the tour itself is great, the tour guides are chill and very helpful. The bus is clean and comfy, there’s a toilet inside, there’s usb chargers and can recline the seats.

Daniel is a very talkative and professional tour guide. He is the most professional tour guide I have ever met. He explained a lot of things to us, such as French history, Mont Saint-Michel, and Parisian culture, and it was a very educational tour as well. Although I don't tip outside of the US, I gave Daniel and two drivers 5 and 2 euros each respectively. Haha they’re all amazing. The tour finished and arrived our droop off point under two hours earlier than planned, which is great. Thank you for everything Daniel and the drivers. You’re the best.

It was a large, clean Mercedes bus and it was comfortable. The service area will stop you for a toilet break after about 2 hours. There is a pretty tasty bakery so you won't have any trouble buying breakfast, but I need soft water so I bought juice and hard water at both service areas. You should definitely use the free bus from the parking lot to Mont Saint-Michel. The sign said it was 35 minutes one way, so I walked on the way back without thinking much, but I tried hard by running and walking fast while chasing the people on the same bus tour, but it took 50 minutes. The distance to the parking lot was 4km... it's better not to push yourself. There are many nice restaurants in Mont Saint-Michel so you won't have any trouble finding food. There are many stairs on the premises so sneakers are essential rather than sandals or heels.

I believe our tour guide is name is James & I forgot lady name. the tour was great. they recommended some good spot to eat and try cider drink. I didn't used tour guide. I was freelance. you of plenty of time to see whole place without audio book or tour guide. great experience

Be very careful about traffic! Departure at 07:00, located at the church diagonally opposite the Star Hyatt Regency Hotel. The subway at 6am is prone to delays, so be sure to make more time. If unfortunately you miss the date, please contact citywonder to arrange a postponement (change fee is 20 euros). Our return trip is at 15:30. It is recommended that you take the shuttle bus at 15:00. The queue for the shuttle may take another 20 minutes. The final drop-off point is about 7 minutes' walk from the bus stop. Since the above is very compact, if you want to spend time taking photos and buying souvenirs, you probably won’t be able to listen to the tour guide slowly. It is not recommended to eat, so prepare your own water and snacks! Needless to say, the location is beautiful. I dare say there is no other place in the world with such a special building.

Great experience with the tour group at Mont Saint Michel. The tour guide is very helpful and the bus seat is comfortable.

Because of the distance, the gathering time was early, but the tour guides were attentive. One introduced the history and the other was experienced in interacting with everyone to answer various questions. There is also a QR code portable Chinese tour package that can be downloaded to listen to the introduction inside the monastery. Since most tour buses leave at about the same time on the return journey, it is recommended to line up early to catch the shuttle bus/leave time to use the free restroom at the visitor center, otherwise you may have to rush on the leisurely trestle

The trip was good with luxurious coach to take us there. The views at St. Michel is stunning, though the heavy rain made the trip less exciting. The only downside is we were not allowed to eat on the coach, but with a ride of 4 hours one way (only one break on between), it's quite hungry to not eat.

Mont Saint Michel was a bit far from Paris, but it’s worth a visit. The bus was comfy so we were able to get a lot of rest. Our guides were also very knowledgable about the place.

The tour guide and group members were very punctual. The meeting point was not difficult to find. The bus departed on time at 0700. The drive was indeed very far. The round trip totaled 9 hours, which was a bit long. We only stayed at the scenic spot for more than 3 hours. There are many seagulls on the Saint-Michel Abbey and the weather is very good. It is indeed worth visiting.
