this was a wonderful trip. it was just long enough that you got to experience the village and abbey but did not feel like you were missing out on anything. it is a long trip from Paris so either be prepared to sleep on the bus or bring something to do.

The guide Crystal speaks English well, clear and understandable. She can also speak Japanese which makes me impressive. Do not hesitate and just book this tour! The place is very unforgettable but just remember to find a good weather to go there. I went there in the beginning of December which is not ideal as it rained from 1-2pm. This place worths you to get up super early and spend 8-9 hrs on bus ride in total between Paris and there. The trip company arranged 20-30min break in the middle of bus journey for you to go to washroom and grab some food & beverage.

I arrived at the Pullman Hotel meeting point exactly at 6:45 AM, and was able to board the bus smoothly. During the 5-hour one-way trip, we had a restroom break at a clean and comfortable building. Mont-Saint-Michel was even more wonderful than I imagined, and I'm so glad I joined this tour. Next time, I'd like to stay overnight at Mont-Saint-Michel. The female guide was very kind, funny, and enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour.

The bus tour and guide were perfect! They were very kind to us, and the driver's driving was safe. We went with 3-year-old and 1-year-old children, but the one-way bus ride of just under 5 hours was too long and they became fussy. The stay was also about 3 hours, and it was a pretty tight schedule when you include lunch with an omelet. It was good that it wasn't crowded because of the storm, but it might be tough when it's crowded. Mont Saint-Michel is a wonderful place that needs no explanation. Booking was also easy.

29.12.2025: It's a magnificent site but allowed time spent at the abbey is too short as everything is long queue eg free bus rides to/fro the abbey and all restaurants were packed and as a results, no time to shop for souvenirs or even some proper time to enjoy the site/scenery or even rent an audio guide to learn about the abbey history. But the double decker bus by the tour provider was a wonderful ride. Both the driver and tour guide did a great job, they were very accommodating (waited for some latecomers), bus was clean and comfortable, although the ride to/fro Mont St Michel Abbey took around 4-5 hours each way. There's no toilet in the bus but they'll stop 1 time each way for toilet, food, souvenirs etc.

Although it was a long, four-hour journey one way, the bus was comfortable and made one stop at a service area for a restroom break. The guide provided explanations on the bus, allowing us to learn about history. From the parking lot, you can walk or take a free shuttle bus to Mont Saint-Michel. Be aware that the return trip can have long lines, so make sure you don't cut it too close with your timing. Mont Saint-Michel is apparently famous for its omelets, but I found the lamb to be the most delicious.
