- Please note ( Guided Tour ) this is a Driver-Guided tour. While not a licensed tour guide, the driver will assist you and provide general information throughout the trip.
- To avoid traffic jams and crowded attractions the driver might ask you to start earlier such as 6:00 AM.
- One child seat is provided complimentary, each additional 2500 yen. One child seat occupies 1.5 seats inside the vehicle.
- Please note that no reviews will be accepted for delays or omission caused by traffic conditions, adverse weather or the inability to visit all attraction. Additional time spent at individual locations may impact the overall itinerary and such circumstances will not be considered valid grounds for complaints or reviews.

Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Refunds may be accommodated in cases of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen events. This is subject to merchant/operator approval; Klook will not be held responsible for unapproved changes or refunds
- No refunds can be made once a voucher has expired
- No refunds or changes will be given to latecomers and no-shows, and to those who were denied service for refusing to follow the rules and regulations of the operator
- If you've attended at least one experience, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, you cannot request for refunds
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
