This was an amazing experience! It was a lovely day on the boat trip, with ate the freshest seafood plucked straight from the sea. Our guides were so informative and friendly. The views of the Tasmanian coastline were incredible. This trip was everything as described and all that we ate and drank was of exceptional quality and was delicious.
it was a very great experience. all seafood was fresh and delicious. different types of cooking were applied, like sashimi, fried, etc. hot drinks and alcohols were offered. the dessert at the end made the cruise perfect.
Amazing experience and must try if you go to Hobart! The seafood are very fresh and delicious! The urchins are fresh from the sea. The lobster, abalone, salmon, oyster are so delicious! Drinks are complimentary. The crews are very nice as well!
This boat is very big and stable, with lots of space to move around, and it has two levels. You can go to the upper level to enjoy the sea breeze and have a drink. The crew service is excellent. Basically, red and white wine, beer, champagne, and apple cider are all free to drink. If you don't drink alcohol, they also offer sparkling fruit juice, juice, hot tea, and hot coffee. It's very comfortable to have a cup of hot tea to drink after enjoying the sea breeze! The seafood is amazing, with huge abalone, lobster, oysters, sea urchin, and salmon all available, and the cooking is delicious! The best thing about this trip is that it returns to shore at around 2:30, allowing everyone to visit other attractions and not having to rock on the boat for a full 7 hours.
Highly recommended! The staff is knowledgeable about the ocean and seafood. The seafood is very fresh, and drinks are all-you-can-drink. We had children with us, and they had juice available. The seafood was served both raw and cooked, so we didn't have to worry about the kids not having enough to eat. As soon as we boarded, the crew prepared a fruit platter, followed by abalone, oysters, sea urchin, salmon, and lobster. Finally, there was apple cinnamon cake. The sea urchin was caught right out of the sea by one of the crew members! All the seafood was cooked on the spot, and the crew even taught us how to shuck oysters. We passed by a salmon farm and even saw seals, which was a pleasant surprise. We boarded at 10 AM and disembarked at 2:30 PM, the timing was perfect. Overall, it was worth the money.
Participating in this activity, good weather is essential. Fortunately, it didn't rain that day, and the weather was excellent. The second important factor is the number of participants. We had a total of eight guests that day, and the space was sufficient. If there were more than ten guests, it might feel a bit crowded. The boat is divided into upper and lower levels, and the interior and exterior environment of the boat is very good, with no feeling of oppression. My children also liked it very much and saw sea lions. There was definitely enough food, and unlimited drinks, the white wine was very good. The only criticism is that there could be more oysters, and the lobster should be served earlier; served later, we already felt full and couldn't eat any more. Surprisingly, their desserts were excellent.
The staff and services were very friendly and the entire itinerary was arranged very well. There is a wide variety of food, and the quality is very good and fresh. It also provides a sense of participation. We will be taught how to open oysters and sea urchins, etc. We can also experience and try it ourselves, which is very interesting. In addition, Tasmania's seafood information is also introduced. A very happy half day. It would be more perfect if the tour can start at noon.
Highly recommended. The captain was incredibly busy, introducing the itinerary, diving for seafood, filleting and cooking salmon, and navigating the boat. The other staff members were also very friendly, proactively sharing information about Tasmania's surrounding environment and types of seafood. However, if you're just looking for a seafood meal, the price might be a bit high. Nevertheless, this experience is definitely worth recommending.
When you go to Tasmania, you absolutely have to eat seafood! The best way to enjoy the freshest seafood is to take a boat out to sea. This seafood tour offers a total of 18 dishes, so you'll be incredibly full! 🤣 The lobster, oysters, abalone, salmon, sea urchin, and conch are all super fresh 😋. Plus, the crew will dive into the sea to catch sea urchins on the spot for you to eat immediately 👍. White wine, champagne, and even seawater are all-you-can-drink 🥂.
"Amazing seafood boat tour! Fresh food, great views, and friendly staff. Highly recommend!"
